Sitka charter fishing for salmon and halibut is
world renown!
Salmon can run up to 60 lbs. while the average salmon runs 25 lbs. The average halibut catch runs 30 lbs., which is perfect for eating, but several are caught each year over 300 lbs. Red Snapper (yellow eye) and cod are also frequently caught and are delicious eating.

I'm Cheston Clark and I will be your guide to the most successful fishing spots in and around Sitka! I am a fifth generation Alaskan and I have a Coast Guard 100-Ton-Masters license. As a result, I know the importance of safety in fishing and our equipment meets and exceeds USCG requirements. A typical charter is on the water for 8-10 hours a day with 4-6 people fishing. My boat Lorna D is comfortable, very sea worthy and has the knewest and greatest equipment available to ensure a wonderful experience for you on the water. All bait, tackle and rain gear are provided and your catch will be cleaned and prepared for processing.
Our professional processor will meet your boat at the dock and transport your iced fish to be filleted and vacuum packed to your specifications. This insures you take home a fresh, quality product. Having your fish smoked is another option. |
